At times, it really would be impossible to tell that Luke had cancer. It would be impossible to tell that he had had the most unbelievable amount of treatment and sadness continuously poured on him throughout his life. He would in fact have stood out more in your mind for being the most energetic, the most fearless, the most adventurous, clever, engaging and joyful little boy you’d ever known. The little boy, who even if you just met the once, made you feel like you were his best friend. Luke died in April 2019. We are heartbroken that the life he loved so very much was so cruelly taken away from him. He is missed beyond words.
